When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Dream Seeds™ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Dream Seeds™ confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Dream Seeds™ may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

This order shall not constitute an offer to purchase until accepted by the company at its company office. When so accepted it shall become a contract per these conditions of sale and shall contain the entire agreement between parties and shall be subject to cancellation by the purchaser only with the consent of the company at its factory office.

Seeds of Light, Inc. will meet the purchaser’s delivery request, as nearly as possible but cannot guarantee shipment on any particular date. The company’s responsibility of product ceases upon delivery of goods to carrier.

Conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

PRICING: All prices shown are retail.  Wholesale prices to qualified buyers shown at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPMENT: USPS & UPS Ground unless otherwise requested and stated on each order placed. All shipments are insured and all shipping, handling and insurance charges are added to invoice.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon –Fri. 10:00 – 5:00 est. Mon –Fri. Summer hours 10:00-4:00 est.

CLAIMS: Upon receipt of order please check each item thoroughly.  We do not accept shipments of merchandise without prior notification.  

SUBSTITUTIONS: We will substitute out of stock items in the order unless otherwise stated on wholesale purchase orders. 

TERMS: Our terms are prepaid via Shopify, Pay Pal, Stripe. Make checks payable to SEEDS OF LIGHT. All returned checks would be charged accordingly.

PRODUCT: Susan exclusively creates our product line. We are a family owned and operated business.

No two pieces are ever alike. All stones are natural, polished and/or free-formed crystals. Inclusions and clouds may appear, but are naturally occurring and enhance the power of the crystal. Through all our efforts we try to create a product that will serve and create well being for the purchaser.  All of the pendants come with a black cord and information card.  All earrings are Alloy.  All other products are made with lead free silver/tin solder.

All Seeds of Light jewelry and wands are now made to order. We keep a small Stock on best sellers. All other items such as suncatchers, keychains and hair products are stocked.

Retail and Drop shipments will be made and shipped immediately. Wholesale orders depending on size can take 3 days to 3 weeks. Please plan ahead. Call if you have questions.

Post dated orders are encouraged for holiday delivery. Send us your order with date expected and we will call for payment when your order goes into production.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We accept special requests please inquiry about customization and delivery.  All special orders are subject to price changes if applicable.

NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:

 There is minimum on orders of $50.00.

DROP SHIP RESELLER ACCOUNTS:

• Please notify us with a list of drop ship items you have for sale.
• We will try to stock all items for immediate delivery. On occasion we do run out of items but will notify you upon receipt of your order and advise you when it will ship.
• You will be able to fill out an invoice on this website from you to your customer that we will include in your drop ship order.
• You will be able to download spreadsheets with product descriptions and images with ease.
• You will automatically see the shipping charges for the drop ship order. Either UPS or USPS. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• We will drop ship anywhere in the continental U.S.
• A 37% discount off retail will be the dropship pricing and does not including shipping costs.
• You must have a valid resale tax number before placing your order.
• All payments must be paid with credit card, Pay Pal, or Stripe. We do not offer terms for drop shipments.
• Any returns must be pre-authorized. Please see our conditions of sale.
• These terms and our conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.

BACK ORDERS:

We ask that you reorder for orders under $50.00.

Disclaimer of Warranty

No express waiver or assent by Management of any breach of or default in any of these Terms or Conditions will constitute a waiver of or assent to any succeeding breach of or default in the same or any other Term or Condition. Any rights or remedies granted under these Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of any other rights or remedies. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Headings are inserted for reference only and shall not be construed as a part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and the rights granted hereunder may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Management. These Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of Management and its successors and assigns.

Permitted uses:

Save as provided below, no materials from Seeds of Light Inc. or Dreamseeds.com may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast, shown or played in public, republished, uploaded, posted, stored, transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any way unless approved in writing.

For the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, you are expressly prohibited from:

* modifying the data or other material from DreamSeeds.com ("the Data") or merging the Data with any other data; selling or trading in materials copied from the Data; using or redistributing the Data for the purposes of compiling databases, lists or directories, other than as and to the extent necessary to use the Data for a use not prohibited by this paragraph 4

* providing commercial information, redistributing or reproduction of the same by the press or media or through any commercial network, cable or satellite system;

* issuing questionnaires, reply cards or similar for the purpose of data capture or verification;

* permitting or allowing the Data to infringe or otherwise prejudice our proprietary rights;

* using the Data;

* For any unlawful purpose or purpose that is likely to bring any part of Dreamseeds.com into disrepute or to cause any part of Dreamseeds.com embarrassment.

* Except as expressly provided, nothing contained in these conditions or anywhere on Dreamseeds.com shall be construed as conferring any license under any of Dreamseeds.com or any third party's intellectual property rights.
