Return Authorization Policy

1. Merchandise, in good condition, may be returned for in store credit upon inspection.

2. Customer must call Seeds of Light within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Authorization (RA) number. After 7 working days and up to 60 days, we charge a 15% restocking fee. After 60 days we do not accept returns.

3. A RA number may only be issued by a Manager. A log will be kept of all RA #'s issued.

4. RA numbers must be placed on the outside of the package to be accepted for return.

5. Prepackaged assortments must be returned in their entirety. No partial assortments will be accepted for returns unless damaged product was shipped.

6. Calls for a RA number received after the 7th day from receipt will be subject to a restocking fee.

7. No cash refunds, credit towards next sale only

8. After 90 days we do not receive any returns
