Shipping policy

SHIPMENT: USPS and UPS Ground unless otherwise requested and stated on each order placed. All shipments are insured and all shipping, handling and insurance charges are added to invoice.

F.O.B.: Fairview, North Carolina

HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon –Fri. 10:00 – 5:00 est. Mon –Fri. Summer hours 10:00-4:00 est.

CLAIMS: Upon receipt of order please check each item thoroughly.  We do not accept shipments of merchandise without prior notification.
