Custom Payment

We like to make paying for your orders as easy as possible. You can print out a payment form and fax your credit card or mail-in your payment. If you would like to pay online using your credit card, we have two different payment methods, PayPal or AlertPay both are safe and secure to use.

Payment ONLINE using PayPal or AlertPay:  Please select the "PayPal" or "AlertPay" logo below. You will be directed to the appropriate secure website and asked to enter an amount that you are paying.
